The pellet stove heats automatically by igniting and turning itself off according to the temperature you choose, using fuel for heating wood pellet. The fireplace maintains the room temperature at the level you set, with an accuracy of about two degrees. Fill the pellet stove’s hopper, set your desired temperature, and turn it on—the stove takes care of the rest, as long as there are enough pellets in the hopper! The automatic shut-off feature ensures your home doesn’t turn into a sauna, and as the room cools down, the automatic restart keeps the heating going even when you’re not there. These products have an extremely high efficiency rating of 90 %, which means you don’t need to clean the stove every day—provided you use only clean, high-quality pellets. The cost per kWh of pellets is approximately 50 % of the total cost of electricity.
