The recipe is simple: theory and practical action in the right proportion, with a small number of participants at a time, guarantees better customer service. In the dynamic courses, participants are not just in the ”role of a listener”, but in the role of an active player who learns to solve any installation-technical problem, or to offer professional consultation.
