Through authorized dealers, you can order any part of a La Nordica and Extraflame product!
It helps a great deal if you know the product model and, for example, have a photograph of the part (if available). If you have purchased the product from an authorized dealer and registered the product for an extended warranty, we have the serial number on record, which can be used to find the correct product in the spare parts system.

An exploded view is available for every product, even for products whose production has been discontinued! La Nordica ExtraFlame offers a 10-year spare parts warranty, which means that after production of the product has ended, spare parts will still be available for the next 10 years!
