Placing the order<\/strong>
\nYou can place an order in the online store or through a reseller by phone, email, in person at the store, or at events such as trade fairs.<\/p>\n

The following e-commerce laws apply to orders placed in the online store.

When ordering from a retailer, check the accuracy of the order confirmation so that both parties have written proof of the products agreed upon in the transaction. You have the right to receive an order confirmation for your purchase. If you have not received it automatically, please contact the seller.<\/p>\n

Payment term<\/strong><\/p>\n

For online store purchases, the payment options are:
\n\u2013 Advance payment to bank account
\n\u2013 Klarna payments<\/p>\n

If you wish to pay for the product by invoice, only after receiving the goods, please contact your nearest dealer and arrange the payment procedure in advance.<\/p>\n

\n

Right of cancellation (14 days)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The consumer has the right to cancel a distance selling contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
\nIf the product has not yet been shipped, the cancellation will not incur any additional costs. In this case, the refund will be issued for the value of the product and the shipping cost.
\nIf the product has already been delivered, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the product\u2019s packaging has been opened, the product will be considered used. If the product is in like-new condition, 90 % of the purchase price will be refunded.
\nThe seller denies the right to unilaterally cancel the order if:
\nThe manufacturer has made changes to the product that prevent it from being sold in Finland.
\n\u2013 The product delivery time is extended by more than 28 days
\n\u2013 The product has been discontinued<\/p>\n

Product return<\/strong><\/p>\n

If the product has already been delivered, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the product\u2019s packaging has been opened, the product will be considered used. If the product is in like-new condition, 90 % of the purchase price will be refunded.<\/p>\n

\n

Delivery time: 3-28 days<\/strong><\/p>\n

The delivery time of the product varies depending on the time of the order.
\nSome of the products are delivered directly from the importer's warehouse, in which case the delivery time is approximately 3 days.
\nIf the product is not in stock, the delivery time is a maximum of 28 days.
\nYou can ask for the delivery time in advance or at the time of ordering.
\nDelivery is always carried out by DHL or Posti logistics transport (Posti is an authorized DHL final delivery partner), and delivery takes place from the Sein\u00e4joki warehouse, including for factory orders. You can request delivery for the week of your choice. Transport usually takes 1-3 days from the shipping date (excluding the Province of Lapland). However, occasional disruptions between various terminals may occur.
\nYou will receive a shipment tracking link in your email.<\/p>\n

\n

Transport damage and claims<\/strong><\/p>\n

Inspect the product IMMEDIATELY and BEFORE you sign for the delivery on the consignment note. If your copy of the consignment note does not have a note of the damage, it is not possible to obtain compensation for transport damage. Report the damage immediately to the place of purchase or with the complaint form<\/a>. We will handle the claim and provide you with a new, intact product or damaged parts. The notification period for hidden damage is 7 days. When making the claim, you must decide whether it is possible for you to replace the broken part yourself or if you need an outside person to do so, and state this in the same notification. If you want compensation for the replacement costs of the broken part, the amount must also be stated at the same time.<\/p>\n

Submit transportation claim with the complaint form<\/a><\/p>\n

If the device you ordered breaks down during the warranty period, take a picture of it before potentially dismantling the device.
\nParts that break during the warranty period will be replaced with new ones, provided the warranty conditions are met. The warranty only covers the replacement of the new product or part and does not cover the costs arising from the replacement work. Wearing parts and parts broken due to misuse, such as the grate and the firebox (or oven) glass, are not covered by the warranty. Special cases are always handled individually.
